Movement

People: Transportation in Croatia has varieties. Ferries are commonly used to sail to the small islands the country owns. Trains, cars, and buses are used when moving around the land because they are easy to find, comfortable, and relatively safe. Flying by airplane is also used because it can be cheaper than a train or bus ticket.

Ideas: Tourism is a big deal in Croatia. It's a main part of the economy. By other people coming into the country to see and learn about the Croatian culture, they also bring with them cultural aspects of their own. The tourists also bring back the Croatian way of living with them wherever they go, spreading the culture even more.

Region

Croatia can be both in Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean. Many people may debate over the boundaries of the regions.

Eastern Europe has many new cultural aspects, so it's a new experience for people who want to live there. This may be a key factor in why people choose to live in Croatia. Another reason is because the Mediterranean climate is hot in the summer and cool in the winter. It is also near the Mediterranean Sea, where the beaches are.
